Merry Christmas!

We started our morning with - what else? - presents from Santa Claus!

Those are some freshly-awakened faces!

Next, we were off to church for services!

Immediately after church, we headed up to North Fork for Christmas with Caitlin's extended family. It was a beautiful day in the mountains!

Before we had to leave, we made sure to take lots of family pictures.

Before the day was over, we made one last stop at Nana and Papa's to see more of Brett's family. We were all tired by this point, and Nana's delicious dinner pushed us over the edge into Christmas exhaustion!

Hope you all had a Christmas filled with family, friends, love, and laughter!

Christmas, Part Two

Next up, Caitlin's immediate family on Christmas Eve!

I hope you enjoy the quality of photos on this blog from hereon out, because we're now shooting with a Sony A55 DSLR!

We got together for a delicious dinner and, of course, opened presents. There was so much excitement in the room!

Next, we headed to Grandma and Grandpa's house to do presents just from them. Another effort to spread things out and keep from overwhelming the kiddos...

We are so excited that tomorrow is Christmas!

Christmas, Part One

That's right, party people. PART ONE.

Our Christmas begins on December 23rd, with a more "intimate" celebration with Brett's immediate family. We do dinner and open gifts in a manner much less chaotic than if it were his entire family.

Also, Santa visits.

After Santa heads back to the North Pole to finalize his delivery route, the kids open presents from Nana, Papa, Uncle Matt, Aunt Renae, and Bengta.

Wyatt's Christmas Pageant

This morning was Wyatt's first Christmas Pageant! We've been hearing him hum the songs around the house, so it was fun to finally see him sing them with his classmates.

Waiting for big brother Wyatt!
